Mortgage Blitz was established in 2002 by the principal, Ray Kos. For five years prior to 2002, Ray gained experience as a Mortgage Choice Franchisee and as a Mortgage Consultant for Australian Financial Group.
Mortgage Blitz was formed to provide a boutique Mortgage Brokerage to service clients all over Australia. We have over 40 Lenders bidding for your business providing choice, competition & diversity. Mortgage Blitz aims to provide fast mortgage solutions giving customers peace of mind.
We believe in communication and keep our clients fully informed at all stages of the loan process. Even after the loan settles, we are there for any queries our clients may have about their loan and for future lending requirements.
Mortgage Blitz is a full member of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia (MIAA) & the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA). We are also a proud member of the FAST Group of Brokers.
We believe in Ethics & high standards for the Mortgage Industry. The FBAA & MIAA codes of practice are strongly adhered to by Mortgage Blitz.
All our Consultants are Accredited Mortgage Consultants through the MIAA.
We do not charge a Brokerage fee as we are renumerated by the Lender.
Our consultants are available from 8am to 8pm seven days a week, providing a free mobile service. Mortgage Blitz can also help you with Deposit Bonds and free Home Loan Health Checks.
