Hunter Finance & Development Pty Ltd stands for client-focussed service and the highest ethical standards. We offer a personalised full-advice finance brokerage service. We come to your home or office at a time that suits you. Our service is free of charge to you in the vast majority of cases for home lending and small business lending. Please refer to the 'How Do We Get Paid' page of our web site for more details. We have access to over 35 lenders for residential property and over 15 commercial lenders. Hunter Finance & Development only employs finance consultants who meet the highest standards within the finance industry. Our senior consultants, researchers and supervisors have demonstrated the qualities, and undertaken the appropriate studies, to be appointed as Accredited Mortgage Consultants with the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia (MIAA) and/or to become Accredited Members of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA). All of our consultants have undertaken in-house and external accreditation and compliance training. Consultants that are not Accredited Mortgage Consultants (AMC) in their own right are directly supervised by an AMC who assists them with all research and client recommendations.
